Structural Intelligence Ltd
We are a Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy based in Fareham, Hampshire. Most of our clients are based in the Hampshire, West Sussex or Dorset however we can travel further if required.
We are a small team of Chartered Civil Engineers and Chartered Structural Engineers.
We carry out structural surveys, designs and assessments of buildings and infrastructure.

Alignment with client asset management systems
We have worked with commercial clients to develop asset management systems (compliant with ISO 55000 for their structures which records all inspection data and provides up to date information on the health of the structure. Our Engineers are experts in Structural Health Monitoring systems and we have been specified and installed systems for our clients.
ENGINEERING DESIGN CALCULATIONS
Obtaining approval for your proposed works
We are often asked to carry out structural design of steel beams for the purposes of gaining building regulations approval. We are also approached by Architects on behalf of their clients to assist in the development of structural calculations.
STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT

Structural assessments / appraisals are carried out for a variety of reasons. We work closely with Surveyors and our clients to give our technical opinion on issues with their structures. We have undertaken structural assessments of a variety of structures. This may become necessary on older structures or where a change of use is proposed.
GEOTECHNICAL / FOUNDATION DESIGN
Optimise your foundation solution
We ensure your foundation solution is appropriate for the intended works and we'll guide you through the process of soil investigation and design a foundation solution that is meets the constraints of your site. We also have contacts with foundation solution providers who are able to install your foundations should this be required.
